STM45 zoom stereo microscope on industrial stage

All 6 model of the STM45 series (optionally with bino or trino head, with or without lighting) have an excellent price-quality ratio. They are optically identical to each other and are equipped with a 6.5x optical zoom system, eg. magnification ragnge from 7x (field of view: 32mm) to 45x (field of view: 5mm). These models are used in hobby laboratories for research (for example fish farming, bonsai, etc.), for private investigations and QC departments (discovering and documenting material defects). The working distance is 100mm.

Stereo microscopes are also known as preparation microscopes because they were invented to make preparations for biological microscopes. The IND series has a special industrial stage.

With a 0.5x auxiliary lens (optionally available) the microscope works from 3.5x magnification (field of view: 64mm) to 22.5x magnification (field of view: 10mm), and the working distance increases to 165mm. So there is enough space to work with tools.

If you use a 2x auxiliary lens (also optionally available), this corresponds to a magnification range of 14x to 90x, but the working distance drops to approx. 35-40mm.

If you do not need the heavy complete insdustrial stage, the head can be mounted on the main stage alone, so you will get a simple stereo microscope.
