Strainwave mounts are particularly suitable for serious astronomers and astrophotographers who require precise control over their telescope’s movements and needs extreme portable low weight, but high load capacity mount. Weighing only 4.3 kg and carrying a 10 kg telescope without counterweight (15 kg with optional counterweight kit in EQ mode), the Wave 100i is the perfect grab-and-go mount that can moonlight as a dual saddle astronomy outreach dynamo or an equatorial imaging mount.  Featuring a whisper-quiet slew speed of 10 degrees per second, our new strainwave mounts can even track satellites and space stations.
