65mm Acuter 16-48x spotting scope, 45 deg erecting view prism, waterproof
This 65mm spotting scope was designed for daytime use. Contrary to the 55mm model it is available in two different versions (45 degrees tilted and straight). The objective lens is a Fraunhofer achromat while the prisms are made of BaK4 glass. All surfaces are fully multi coated. Weights 1060g or 1100g. The water resistant carrying case can be used to protect the spotting scope in light rain. A standard photo thread can be used to mount it.
Ideal for hiking as well due to its size and weight. 3x zoom factor is provided by the zoom eyepieces used in larger Acuter spotting scopes. The DCH adaptor can be used to mount digital cameras.
The ED version is recommended to ones looking for even better image quality. These models provide even more contrasty images.
