2 inch reducer for apochromats

The corrector reduces the focal length, increases the light intensity and corrects the field. In contrast to the Riccardi reducer, this reducer does not require a large back focus. It can be used on all refractors that are designed for 2" and have a focuser from 2.5".
The required backfocus distance depends on the focal length of the refractor:

Focal length up to 350 mm ... 70 mm
Focal length up to 400 mm 65 mm (Attention, Esprit 80: 62mm)
Focal length 432mm (Lacerta 72/432) 65.5mm
Focal length 450-500 mm ... 61 mm
Focal length 510-600 mm ... 58 mm
Focal length 610-700 mm ... 57 mm
Focal length 710-790 mm ... 56 mm
Focal length from 800 mm ..... 55 mm

To achieve the correct distance, we offer M48 extension rings and tuning rings. Connections The 0.79x Photoline Reducer has an M48x0.75 internal thread in the receptacle on the telescope side and a T2 connection on the camera side. At the beginning of the 2" receptacle there is an M54x0.75 external thread. We also offer adaptations to almost all other focusers.

Pros

Fotózáskor nagyobb fényerő, és nagyobb látómező. Így rövidebb záridőkkel tudok fotózni. Ez sokat jelent asztrofotózásnál,de természetfotóra is használom jó eredménnyel.
