One-piece secondary mirror holder

This bracket has great advantages over the traditional spider, where the 4 legs are attached to the tube with lag screws:

• the spider legs are stiff and cannot become loose 
• the legs are exactly aligned, and the resulting spike is sharp and not diverging 
• The FS bracket is exactly in the middle and you don't have to look for the position
• The surrounding ring stabilizes the tubes, especially the tin tubes of the Skywatcher Newtons benefit
• The spider can be fixed in 8 positions rotated 45 ° each, so that you can choose whether the spikes look "+" or "X" shaped in the picture
• The matt black anodization prevents reflections which can arise on the usually shiny spider legs

Hints: The conversion of Skywatcher Newtons succeeds due to the accuracy of fit without problems, suitable screws and washers for attachment to the tube must be obtained from the hardware store. Older Lacerta photo newtons can also be retrofitted; a strip of the glued-in velor must be added on top first cut out and removed. The Spider 200 fits quite tightly and has to be tapped gently on the outer ring, possibly using a cloth as a buffer. M5x10 countersunk head screws with a head diameter of 9mm can be used for fastening.
