The small 76 mm Newtonian telescope has 3 inch diameter with 700 mm focus. The usage is very easy on AZ1 mount and the telescope has very competitive price. The image is better than a 60/700 mm refractor but the main difference is the focuser's place: you have to look into the refractor on the bottom of the tube, but you look into a Newtonian telescope high on the side of the tube. It can be more convenient for adults and teenagers.
The two accessories with Barium Eyepiece allow you to achieve two magnifications (28x and 70x), but with standard 31.7mm focuser, you can use any standard eyepiece and benefit from the full magnification range up to 100-120x.
