The SkyWatcher Explorer 200P, 203/1000 Newtonian reflector can be a lifetime telescope for an amateur astronomer. The tube lenght is just 1 meters and weights less than 10kg and is a very versatile telescope. Visually stars down to magnitude 14 can be seen and details can be observed in galaxies and nebulae. Excellent for lunar and planetary observations as well, and can be used for observing double stars as well.

Can be used for astrophotography thanks to the 2" Crayford focuser. The fast F/5 optics is useful for deepsky photography as well while the 1000mm focal length shows details in galaxies and nebulae. The 2" focuser can accept other accessories (like coma corrector).

The mirrors can be adjusted without any tools quickly and simply (a collimation laser or collimating eyepiece is recommended).

The accessories included (when purchasing the telescope together with a mount):
- 2" Crayford focuser
- 9x50 achromatic spring load finderscope
- 10mm and 25mm Barium eyepieces

For the GoTo version we highly recommend the Skywatcher Wi-Fi unit (SynScanWifi), with which you can control your telescope via smartphone or tablet. Just plug the Wi-Fi unit into the hand controller slot and download the free App (Android or iOS) - it is ready to use.

Szép is jó is csak dicsérni tudom nagyon stabil precíz,és ha nem kalapácsnak használod így is marad.Eq5 határeset finoman kezelendő.

Cons

Csak az ára, de bő kézzel osztogatom mert tudom, hogy megsokszorozva visszakapom!

Gyönyörűen látszanak benne a Jupiter felhő sávjai, a Mars hósapkái.

Tesztem alanyát ismerősöm szerezte, egy éjszakára, amely alatt jól ki is próbáltuk-amikor éppen a felhők engedték. Mechanika: Először kézi megoldással használtam az EQ5-öt-mivel az óragép akksija le volt merülve és amíg valamennyire töltöttük, addig így bámészkodtam.Kis nagyítással megfelelő volt bolygókra, de a nagyobbakon már zavaró volt az után állítás a beremegés miatt. De az óragéppel tökéletesen ment minden. Az állvány stabilan állt, nem billegett, óragéppel nem remegett egyáltalán. A fehér szín kissé kényes,de pár perces karbantartással mindig makulátban állapotban lehet tartani. Okulárok: A hozzáadott Barium oksikkal nem lehetett kihozni a maximumot a távcsőből. Ahogy tapasztaltam, a széleket elmosta kissé. De ha elfogadjuk, hogy a látómező 45-50 fok, akkor nem lesz gond az észleléssel. Szépen látszódott a Mars hósapkája és a Jupiter felhő sávjainak enyhe turbulenciája is. A 25-ös oksi hold szűrővel csodás képett nyújtott égi kísérőnkről.A Planetary oksi magasan verte a Bariumokat, vele gyakorlatilag tű éles képet kaptunk, nagy látószöggel. Tubus: A tubus festésére vigyázni kell, mert tapasztalatunk szerint igen érzékeny. A tubus gyűrűk biztosan fogták össze, a 9x50-es Spring load kereső tökéletesen tette a dolgát,az állító csavarjait én kissé gyengének találtam, de nem volt velük gond, elmozdulás nélkül fogták a keresőt.A tubus alján található jusztírozó csavarok kézi állíthatósága igen nagy ötlet, mert bármilyen gondosan szállítottuk mi is a csövet, bizony után kellett állítani, erre érdemes kollimációs okulárt használni, mert meghálálja a cső. Egyedül mély-égre nem tudtuk kipróbálni, mert ha éppen nem felhős volt az ég, akkor a Hold mosolyogta be a tájat, de a bolygókra nagyon jól és zökkenő mentesen lehetett használni.
