This Sony STARVIS IMX307c (2.1 MP) HDMI camera with back-illuminated sensor has an LCD screen and a C-menu adapter on the microscope side.

The high sensitivity of the camera allows it to be used with astronomical telescopes. The self-monitor version is particularly useful for astronomy presentations where the audience can enjoy the view on the monitor.

The camera is available in both standard HDMI (monitor connectable) and self-monitor versions.

The monitor version does not require any additional cables and the instrument set (microscope + camera + screen + navigation with mouse) can be used without a computer!

A mini-computer is built into the camera. Controlled by the connected USB mouse, a user interface is available to make all camera settings: to the left of the camera control panel (gain, exposure time, brightness, RGB, white balance, digital noise filter, film and video buttons, etc...). Additional functions: crosshair, mirroring, brightness control, zoom in/out, still image, various storage functions, etc.). Various measurement functions (angle, distance, area, etc.). There is also space for a micro SD card for storing photos and videos. Thanks to the USB mouse (included), you don't even need to touch the camera to start recording, avoiding vibrations and keeping the image sharp.
