This Sony STARVIS IMX307c (2.1 MP) HDMI camera with back-illuminated sensor has a C-connector on the microscope side.

Due to its high sensitivity, the camera can also be used with astronomical telescopes. 

A minicomputer is built into the camera. Controlled by a connected USB mouse, a user interface is available to make all camera settings: to the left of the camera control panel (gain, exposure time, brightness, RGB, white balance, digital noise filter, film and video buttons, etc...). Additional functions: crosshair, mirroring, brightness control, zoom in/out, still image, various storage functions, etc.). Various measurement functions (angle, distance, area, etc.). There is also space for a micro SD card for storing photos and videos. Thanks to the USB mouse (included), you don't even need to touch the camera to start recording, avoiding vibrations and keeping the image sharp.
