Losmandy dovetail plate for Takahashi 350 mm. 

The Losmandy prism bows are the wider standard size (76 mm wide) and are recommended for larger, heavier scopes. They can only be mounted on larger mechanisms or those with dual platform heads. These are e.g. SkyWatcher EQ6, AZ-EQ6, EQ6-R, CQ350, EQ8, the latest HEQ5 model, Wave 100i and 150i, or ZWO AM3-AM5 mechanics.
