Connecting base for polarscope illuminator

With this small adapter, the practical polar finder lighting can now also be attached to the (mostly mounted) DEC unit on the Star Adventurer. This means that all of the equipment can be attached before the alignment and afterwards nothing changes due to the changed weight distribution.
