The HikMicro Thunder Zoom 2.0 is the world’s first 20mK scope with an optical zoom. It provides remarkable detail without any loss of image quality even at high magnification levels.

The optical zoom is a significant advancement in optics, overcoming previous issues associated with pixelation at high magnification. The device features a large aperture lens with a dual field of view capability, ensuring an exceptional viewing experience by switching between the two cameras.

The device also boasts an improved easy-to-use user interface with a quick menu for fast and trouble-free operation. Its compact size, lightweight design, and improved stability make it comfortable in the field, while its tough construction with high shock resistance ensures years of reliability.

With an extremely high thermal sensitivity (NETD<20mK) detector and a powerful thermal camera of up to 640×512 @12µm, the HikMicro Thunder Zoom 2 ensures vivid, informative, and layered images even under the slightest temperature differences.

The large aperture guarantees improved temperature radiation capturing capability with incredible detail, allowing users to easily distinguish their target from the background with different lens combos.

The HikMicro Thunder Zoom 2 offers dual FOV via optical zoom technology. This allows for magnifications to change from 2.2x to 4.3x (384 sensor) or 1.8x to 3.1x (640 sensor) while maintaining high quality.

The zero position is adjusted automatically when switching between the two lenses, allowing users to zero one time for two lenses simultaneously.

It is important to note that zeroing should be done under the small FOV lens (50mm lens in TH50Z 2.0 or 60mm lens in TQ60Z 2.0).

The magnesium alloy design can withstand extreme environments from -30°C to 55°C, ensuring improved stability for long-lasting use.

The HikMicro Thunder Zoom 2 battery pack offers up to 6.5 hours of use and is replaceable and rechargeable, ensuring uninterrupted operation even in low-temperature environments.

High shock resistance is a major feature, even on larger calibers up to .375 H&H, 12-gauge, and 9.3 × 64.

Software enhancements include a new UI with a quick access menu, brightness and tone adjustments, multiple reticle and zeroing profiles, recoil-activated video, and audio recording, and an automatic calibration countdown, offering a user-friendly and personalized experience.

The built-in WI-FI hotspot capability allows for real-time file transfer, live streaming to your smartphone, and wireless firmware updates via the HIKMICRO SIGHT App after being connected to your phone via hotspot. Optical Zoom

HikMicro Thunder 2 Zoom offers dual FOV via optical zoom technology. Switching from either a 25 mm or 35mm camera to a 50 mm or 60mm camera, magnifications change from 2.2x to 4.3x (384 sensor) or 1.8x to 3.1x (640 sensor) and although the image is zoomed in it still maintains high quality.

One Shot Zeroing

The Thunder 2.0 Zoom uses HikMicro’s latest software which includes an updated zeroing system with a one-shot zero, making it quick and easy to get the Scope setup with your Rifle.

High shock resistance

Metal housing and rugged components provide the Thunder 2 Zoom with high shock resistance up to 1000g/0.4ms on larger calibers to .375 H&H, 12-gauge, and 9.3 × 64.
