These color filters show the surface structures with finer details. The filters have standard threads and can be mounted onto the eyepieces.
#15 Dark Yellow (67% opacity) Recommended for studying the details of the Martian surface and highlighting the polar ice cap. It helps to highlight orange and red structures and eddies in the cloud cover of Jupiter and Saturn, and can be useful for observing low contrast clouds in the upper atmosphere of Venus.

It's really good at strongly attenuating blue and violet light. Solid construction.
Cons
None of importance.
Summary
If you want a broadband pass of light below blue, get this amber filter. Applicable even for smaller telescopes.
