These sets not only provide clock drive but also can move the declination axis. After centering an object in the eyepiece it is very convinient to use the hand controller only to track the object or move the telescope slightly, for example when observing the Moon at high magnification. The dual axis drive also helps to keep an object centered while capturing lunar or planetary images.

The hand controller provides 2x, 8x and 16x speeds. Use 2x for fine tuning during photography and higher speeds to find/center objects. Mounting the kit is extremely simple. Requires 6V DC (battary holder included).

Note that to achieve proper tracking the mount needs to be polar aligned. A polarscope might help a lot to do it.

Az előzetes elképzelés az volt, hogy majd szépen fogja mozgatni a tubut, hogy a megfigyelt objektum a látőmezőben maradjon.

Cons

sajnos a termék gyakorlatilag használhatatlan.

pár napja, max egy hete vásároltam a szerkezetet, de össze rakni csak a hétvégén tudtam. sajnos azt kellett tapasztaljam, hogy a motorok sem elemekkel, sem az oldal által ajánlott 6V 1A stabilizált tápegységgen nem üzemel. a kézivezérlőn lévő led pirosan világít. sajnos nincs mindenkinek költségvetése GoTo vezérlőkre, és ilyen szemétért kiadni ennyi pénzt hihetetlenül bosszantó. ilyen tapasztalatokkal nem tudom ajánlani a termék megvásárlását senkinek sem
