CDF Cardioid LED-darkfield condenser for div. Microscopes

Darkroom condenser and complete set for BIM135, 151, 312, 313 and LIS microscopes. Strong LED illumination (no sample heating), easy handling.

With a 100x iris objective (sold separately) these microscopes can be upgraded to a darkfield microscope for live blood analysis.

When used, a lower oil immersion is required, i.e. an immersion oil must be dropped between the condenser and the slide so that the condenser and the slide come into contact through it. For this purpose, there are 2-2 adjustment screws on both the condenser and the condenser holder.

The simplest way to perform dark field observations with the BIM151 microscopes is to mount a central obstruction diaphragm into the condensor. Suitable for up to NA=0.77-0,91 (tipically meaning an 60x objective lens).
