A SkyWatcher StarAdventurer háromláb szükséges kiegészítője a StarAdventurer 2i csomagnak, stabilabb és kevésbé imbolygó mint a legtöbb fotóállvány. Oszloptoldóval kiegészítve sokkal kényelmesebb a StarAdventurer 2i használata mint hagyományos fotós állvánnyal. A StarAdvExt azimuth irányban forgatható amire a StarAdventurer 2i talapzata csak limitált lehetőséget nyújt.
